Welcome to the F.I.T. Upper Body Course Level 1 

This F.I.T Upper Body Course is designed to identify and effectively treat common upper body ailments, including wrist sprain-strain, subluxation, cervical muscle strains, whiplash, carpal tunnel and more. Using time tested and research driven methods. This innovative treatment often resolves issues under four 15-minute treatments, making this technique an effective one to add to your skill set. 

The course emphasizes the 3 step process with every movement.  The entire level 1 upper body course has 30 movements to manipulate muscles, tendons, ligaments, nerves, and fascia. Improving their function.

Course includes:

  • 30 regions of the upper body regions
  • 90 protocols in all.
  • Digital Anatomy demonstration of each muscle.  
  • 90 high definition video demonstrations

Technical Information 

  • We recommend registering between 4-6 weeks before the course for adequate preparation time. 
  • Strong anatomy knowledge is required for success 
  • Providers will receive a remote consultation with one week prior to the consultation. 
  • Providers will receive credentialing exam that will include 20 exams 

What to expect 

  • Lecture for 20 percent of the time 
  • 80 percent of the time most hands on training and learning the movements with Dr. Vasili Gastinaris D.C. himself. 
  • Lunch break approximately one hour

Dr. Vasili Gastinaris D.C

Dr. Vasili Gatsinaris, or “Dr. Vas” as his patients warmly call him, is a highly sought after sports therapist and chiropractor who is renowned for treating numerous professional athletes from all major sports leagues including the MLB, NBA, NFL, NHL and MLS, as well as celebrities, collegiate athletes and weekend warriors. After 15 years of treating patients with soft tissue healing modalities, here realized that there were 2 other components missing both fascial and stretching component. Dr. Vas graduated from U.C.Irvine with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology. In 2001, Dr. Gatsinaris attended Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in Whittier, Calif., and graduated with a Doctorate of Chiropractic. After 15 years of perfecting and innovating with hand on soft tissue therapy he perfect a specific methodology called "Fascial Integrative Treatment."
